Raised in the piney woods and hardwood swamps of Jackson Parish, Louisiana, Andy learned to hunt and fish at a very early age. “I am from a family of hunters, where opening day of squirrel season was met with as much anticipation as opening day of deer season”!
Andy worked part time in the forestry division of Continental Can Company while attending Louisiana Tech University. It was during this time that he acquired valuable experience in all facets of managing pine plantations. After graduating from La Tech with a BS degree in Business Management, he immediately went to work for Ford Motor Credit Company, the finance arm of Ford Motor Company. He held numerous management positions in sales, marketing and brand management in several different branch offices and 3 regional offices. After many moves, including 3 locations in Tennessee (Nashville twice), and 32 years of service, Andy retired from Ford Credit in their Franklin location as Center Operations Manager. “The nine relocations with Ford has afforded me considerable experience in buying and selling property throughout the Eastern and Southern part of the country, and when coupled with my love of the outdoors, MOP – Tennessee Land and Farm is a perfect fit for me”.
Andy, his wife Karen and their three children reside in Brentwood, TN and are members of the Brentwood United Methodist Church. Andy’s diverse business experience, as well as his network of friends, colleagues and business associates, is a welcome addition to the team of MOP – TN Land and Farm.
