This property consists of 233 continuous acres only 11 miles from I-65. The property has multiple water sources including some spring fed pools than never run dry. In 2015 the owner began a wildlife management program working with the TWRA State Wildlife Biologist and with the NRCS EQUIP program. Under their direction, they have completed select timber cuts and seed cuts in specified areas to improve the food source and the habitat for wildlife and the results have been phenomenal. The predominant tree on this property is oak. The property is covered with deer and turkey, as well as small game. The interior of the property has 9 miles of trails strategically located to allow ATV/SUV easy access throughout the property for hunting and recreation. There is only one road access for entrance and egress to this property keeping it secluded and prime habitat for wildlife.
