Richard is a native middle Tennessean with a passion for the outdoors. He grew up in Nashville and spent over two decades in the entertainment and technology industries before turning his concentration to land sales. In his career, Richard has spent time advising several non-profits with a focus on Land Conservation. He enjoys hiking, kayaking, fly fishing, and clay shooting.
